This site is owned and operated by PAW Services
("PAW Services ") whose office is located at Topaasdreef 39,
7828 AG Emmen The Netherlands. By using this site, you accept these terms of
use. If you do not accept these terms of use, you must not use the site.
PAW Services may change the terms of use at any time by posting changes
on its site. You must review these terms of use regularly to ensure you are
aware of any changes made. Your continued use of this site after changes are
posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or
amended.
Copyright
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in all
the material on the site including but not limited to site design, structure,
page layouts, graphical images, search results and underlying software code
(collectively the "Content") legally and beneficially belongs to PAW
Services and the relevant advertisers. The advertisers own or licence the
rights to their own brand. Except for advertisers’ intellectual property
rights, PAW Services owns all rights to the rest of the Content.
Limited
right to use
Subject to all applicable advertisers’ and third party content licences, you
may access, print and download the Content onto electronic, magnetic, optical
or similar storage media provided that:
A. such activities are for private research, study or in-house use only;
and
B. none of the text or associated images or graphics are modified in any
way; and
C. the text, images and graphics contained therein are not separated from
each other in any way; and
D. no part of the Content is used for any commercial purpose other than for
internal use by your company or other legal entity not extending to any display
to or use involving (paying or prepaying) customers; and all activities are
conducted manually without the use of automatic software to perform multiple
accesses or any other automated processing of the Contents. You may not

Disclaimer and Limitation on Liability
PAW Services uses reasonable efforts to obtain data from reliable sources and
to keep the Content reasonably accurate, when taken as a whole. However, PAW
Services has no practical means to verify the currency, accuracy or
completeness of the Content systematically, and inevitably it will contain
errors and omissions, and some of it will be out of date. Therefore PAW
Services does not endorse or represent the accuracy, truthfulness or

Provision
of information
You will promptly provide PAW Services (free of charge) with all information
and co-operation which PAW Services may reasonably require from time to time to
enable PAW Services to proceed uninterrupted with the provision of the Service.

Force
majeure
PAW Services shall not be liable to you under these terms and conditions, for
any loss or damage which may be suffered by you due to any cause beyond PAW Services’s
reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, exceptionally
severe weather, failure of shortage of power supplies, flood, drought,
lightning or fire, strike, lock-out, trade dispute or labour disturbance, the
act or omission of government, highways authorities, other telecommunications
operators or administrations or other competent authority, war, military
operations, acts of terrorism or riot.
Supply of Internet Sites developed by PAW Services
Before delivery takes place, PAW Services offers his
client the possibility to control the layout and the contents of the Internet
Site. This will be done by offering a possibility to take contact with a
directory under www.paw-services.nl.
When the client is satisfied with the result, he will
inform PAW Services direct or by the company which is interacting as mediator
between client and PAW Services.
Then client or it’s mediator will receive a CD with
all the files, for placing it on clients ISP server.
The client or it’s mediator will receive a
delivery-sheet to undersign.
The delivery of the Internet Site is legal after
undersigning of the delivery-sheet or in case of special circumstances, when
undersigning was not possible, 24 hours after acceptance of the CD.
PAW Services commits it self to make small changes in
the contents, if client has found something in the content within 48 hours
after delivery.
Payment of invoices send by PAW Services
Client or it’s mediator have to pay according to the
terms, within the period mentioned on the order-agreement and if not mentioned
there, within the period as mentioned on the invoice.
Applicable
laws
These terms, the site, the Service, the Content and all use of it shall be
governed by Dutch Law, and you and PAW Services submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Dutch courts (save that PAW Services may take action in
relation to enforcement of its intellectual property rights or otherwise to
protect its commercial position in any court worldwide). Those who choose to
access the site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are
responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local
laws are applicable. You may not use the PAW Services site to do anything that
is not lawful in the place where you access the site.
The
Service
The PAW Services Index directory service is provided by PAW Services,
Topaasdreef 39, 7828AG Emmen The Netherlands. By using PAW Services (the “Service”) you agree that you will
comply with these terms of use including without limitation you shall not post
any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violatesany law, code of practice
or regulation. You agree not to post any material unless you own the copyright.
Considering the real-time nature of the Service, it is impossible for
PAW Services to review company details or testimonials or confirm the validity
of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the
contents of advertiser details or testimonials and are not responsible for any
of the information posted. PAW Services does not vouch for or give any warranty
in relation to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are
not responsible for the contents of any message. PAW Services cannot guarantee
that messages you send will be received by the intended recipient.
The messages posted on the Service express the views of the author of
the message, not necessarily the views of PAW Services has the right and
ability to remove objectionable messages as defined at PAW Services’s sole
discretion and we reserve the right to delete or amend any contributionat any
time, for any reason. The advertiser remains solely responsible for the content
of their company details and testimonials, and you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless PAW Services and its agents with respect to any claim based upon
transmission of your message(s) or your use of the Service or the Content.

PAW
Services - Advertising guidelines
PAW Services is here to help buyers find suitable suppliers. Buyers, please
ensure that you abide these terms of use which include the requirement that you
comply the following guidelines.
1. Contributions must be civil and tasteful. Please do not use offensive
and abusive language. Be constructive and relevant in your response to
postings. We will consider removing any posts that other users may find
offensive or that we receive complaints about.
2. We will not allow racism, sexism, homophobia or other objectionable or
unlawful material in postings.
3. We reserve the right without liability to remove or amend any
advertising or text that may put us in legal jeopardy, including without
limitation potentially libellous or defamatory information.
Violation
of terms of use.
PAW Services reserves the right without liability to delete any advertisement,
message or posting, or take action against any relevant party, at any time, for
any reason. Persistent abuse of the terms of use or breach of these guidelines
may result in action being taken against the relevant party. These terms of use
are in addition to any and all legal rights and remedies that PAW Services has
from time to time.
